Carol Kurland opened Canterberry Acres over 35 year ago. She studied Speech and Audio Pathology at Hofstra University and received her Master's Degree from NYU. Canterberry Acres started as an Andalusian Breeding stable and has evolved over the years as a riding and boarding stable.
Carol's philosophy is an integral part of her lesson program. Her goal is to foster a solid, strong knowledge of the horse both on the ground and under saddle. Her priority is to build confidence, promote continuous learning and provide appropriate challenges for each student.
